Switched to this dentist after my former dentist dropped contract with Delta Dental. Was apprehensive after being with someone for so long, but I have to tell you, Kalamazoo Smiles was an outstanding experience! The people, the service, was extraordinary! 5-star rating as far as I'm concerned! I have no qualms making a referral to friends and family.

I brought my 12 year old son and 14 year old daughter to Kalamazoo Smiles. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the building. The staff was very friendly and most importantly, my kids handled their dental work so well.

I went here after 12 YEARS of not going to the dentist because I was scared. This staff is the nicest you’ll ever meet, they’re incredibly caring and take time to get to know their patients. They were very helpful when it came to addressing my worries of pain and my anxiety around dentists, offering blankets and calming music, as well as going over different options for pain and anxiety management. They got me in quick and are very good at thoroughly explaining the work that needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how they’ll do it. They truly care about all of their patients.

Doctor Bandos and her staff are excellent! From the moment you walk in they take care of you like you were family. I’m a nervous Nellie when I go to the dentist, but the staff made me feel so relaxed. Dr. Bandos is so friendly and makes you feel so relaxed. I highly recommend Kalamazoo Smiles!!

Kalamazoo smiles staff was great! The hygienist were gentle with both my sons who were nervous about their cleanings. They took their time and explained everything so that they understood what was happening every step of the way. Appointment availability is also always flexible and quick!

I am newer to the area so I had to get a dentist closer to my new home. I am so happy with my visit today! The staff was so friendly and really took care of me. The office was clean and up to date. The dentist was able to do my fillings same day and did a great. I highly recommend this office!

The facility is very clean, the staff are so nice! I was able to get 3 appointments done in one week, cleaning, fill and X-rays/intial. They have laughing gas if you have issues with work being done and their toothbrushes are excellent. They are not focused on the money they are focused on quality care

Such a great experience! I have waited far too long to get back to the dentist and I’m so happy this is who I chose to go with. The office is very clean and comfortable and everyone inside is so kind and welcoming. I was very nervous to get back to a dentist chair after waiting so much time has passed, and all of my worries have been put at ease thanks to Dr. Bandos and her team. I would highly recommend. For the first time I am actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment.
